Terms of Sales

Shipping:

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground from our Memphis, TN location. Local orders (Memphis, TN) will be delivered by local expediting service providers. They can also be picked up at our Memphis location. In most cases, orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day. The customer will be notified of any delay in shipping.

Local Pick-up:

Customers picking up orders can do so during the normal business hours. 

Items damaged during shipping:

A claim will be filed on behalf of the buyer with the designated carrier. Please send pictures of damaged items to: sales@egraphixsupplies.com

Return Policy:

You satisfaction is our primary goal. Refunds will be issue based on the applicable return policy below.

• 14-Day Return Policy for non-defect Products
  • Buyer Is responsible for shipping charges on return
  • All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Refund will be issue after receipts of returned item and confirmation that item is in good resalable conditions

Returned payments:

Payments returned due to insufficient funds are subject to a $30.00 processing fee. This fee is in addition to any fee charged by your bank.
